You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. After you notify us of your decision to cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by FERMANE and are the responsibility of the customer. The exact cost depends on your location and the shipping carrier you choose.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories included and, if possible, in its original condition and original packaging.
